About the event

ho.rr presents: ‘Projections of Love’ ~ Saturday, 11th February at French Street Studios

We are excited to be hosting a Valentine's themed event at Strange Field’s French Street on 11th Feb, 6-9pm.

We will screen moving image works from Morgan Quaintance (A Human Certainty), Jill Magid (Trust), and Maryam Tafakory (Nazarbazi نظربازی) exploring love through distance, break ups, voyeurism and censorship.

We have invited Glasgow-based writers, Lydia Davies, Sara O’Brien and Clara Raillard to share newly commissioned writing for our accompanying publication.

· 6-7pm: film screenings

· 7-7.30pm: readings/valentine's day mingling

· 7.30-8 pm: friend speed dating

· 8-9 pm: musical love from DJ Peanut

The main events space is accessible via double non-automatic door and is wheelchair accessible. If you have any access requirements or questions please contact horrcollective@gmail.com.
